Mondo is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter in New York, NY to source, engage, and place top-tier tech talent in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and referrals.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, a hybrid schedule (NYC, one day in office per week), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years in recruiting or similar people-facing roles.
• 2-3 years in recent roles strongly preferred.
• Proven success in a high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline generation across technical disciplines.
• Competitive, financially motivated with uncapped earning potential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality; you build your pipeline.
• Coachable and resilient with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle — sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outreach and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical roles and team needs.
• Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and outreach strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships with a high-touch, responsive approach.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership in a performance-based environment.
