Mondo is seeking a driven Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role in Denver, CO. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through negotiation and placement, while building a robust pipeline of top tech talent.

You will engage with hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced environment, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and boolean search. You’ll thrive on high performance and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in recruiting or related roles
• Proven track record in high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting environments
• Strong sourcing, outreach, and pipeline generation skills across technical disciplines

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and team needs
• Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search
• Maintain high-touch candidate relationships reflecting personal brand
• Operate with an entrepreneurial, performance-based mindset
