Technical Recruiter (Hybrid 1 Day a Week)

The Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle and play a critical role in delivering top talent to our clients. This is a hands-on, high-energy role built for people who like momentum and accountability.

What you’ll do:

• Source and recruit technical, IT, creative, and digital talent using cold outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
• Build and manage strong candidate relationships from first touch through placement
• Partner closely with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quickly
• Stay current on market trends, talent movement, and competitive insights
• Operate with urgency in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
