Mondo, based in Los Angeles, seeks a driven Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and place top-tier tech talent in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This role offers uncapped earnings and a hybrid schedule with one day in the office per week.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle, build a strong candidate pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs. Strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in recruiting, technical sourcing, or a people-facing role.
• 2-3 years in recent roles strongly preferred.
• Proven success in a high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting or talent acquisition environment.
• Strong sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills across technical disciplines.
• Competitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with urgency and accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and autonomous work style.
• Coachable and resilient, with adaptability in changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical roles and team needs.
• Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and creative outreach strategies.
• Manage candidate relationships with a high-touch, responsive approach reflecting your personal brand.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a performance-based environment.
