You will own end-to-end recruitment, craft compelling descriptions, partner with hiring managers, and build a robust pipeline through networking, events, and direct outreach in the San Francisco tech scene.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting for AI/Software roles.
• Strong understanding of AI and software development skills and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and personal engagement.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Passionate about using AI to transform software development at Factory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from job description to offers.
• Build relationships in the tech community through events and direct outreach.
• Refine recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.
