Job summary

Chainalysis, a global blockchain analytics leader, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own and drive hiring for Engineering & Product roles in its EMEA locations. This high-volume, outbound-heavy role focuses on building pipelines for AI, Crypto, and Fintech engineering talent, partnering with hiring managers across R&D, and delivering rapid, high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of hiring technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers, PMs).
• Outbound sourcing ability: build your own pipeline through direct outreach.
• High AI proficiency for pipeline building, workflows, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing, mapping AI, crypto, and fintech to where engineers work today.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn InMails (referrals, community engagement, direct outreach).
• Own full recruiting lifecycle for R&D roles across a high-volume requisition load.
