Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Talent Lead to steer technical hiring in a globally distributed Web3 environment. This role combines hands-on recruiting with people leadership, managing a small team of Talent Partners while acting as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, Security and Research leaders.

You’ll shape hiring strategy, elevate hiring quality, develop recruiting capability, and continuously improve how we attract, assess and hire exceptional talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and mentoring recruiting teams.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and define hiring strategies.
• Strong data-driven approach to hiring quality and efficiency.
• Experience hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive environments.
• Exposure to Web3/crypto domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Partners.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategy and execution.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles across multiple teams.
• Set high standards for interviewing, assessment methods and quality.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines with market insights.
• Advise leaders on compensation trends and competitive positioning.
