Optimal Staffing is expanding our high-performing staffing team, and we're looking to add multiple Engineering Recruiters who are passionate about connecting top talent with leading automotive and engineering clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of experience recruiting engineering talent, preferably in the automotive industry (OEM experience a plus)
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, managing a continuous load of 10-12 open requisitions
• Source and engage quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods
• Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interview logistics, provide candidate coaching, and deliver timely feedback
• Extend offers and support onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in our ATS, including pipeline activity and recruitment outcomes
• Represent Optimal at career fairs and industry events to attract and engage top talent
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and client requirements
