You will source, screen, and submit candidates, build pipelines, and manage requisitions within VMS portals, partnering with account managers to deliver timely, high-quality submissions. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in engineering, automotive, or industrial technical roles.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms and client-managed requisition systems.
• Comfort coordinating background checks, drug screening, and onboarding logistics.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and job boards.
• ATS experience preferred.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to support our Vendor Management System (VMS) business while sourcing skilled talent for engineering and automotive clients across the region. This is a blended role — you'll spend the majority of your time recruiting and building pipeline, and the rest guiding placed contractors through onboarding so every new hire starts strong and meets our clients' expectations from day one.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for engineering and automotive-focused roles through our VMS client programs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
• Manage requisitions within VMS portals, meeting client timelines, formatting, and submission requirements
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality submissions quickly
• Conduct pre-screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track weekly recruiting metrics and contribute to team performance goals

Onboarding (~30%)

• Guide candidates through the full onboarding process once an offer is accepted, ensuring a smooth transition to their new role
• Coordinate and process background checks and drug screens in line with client and compliance requirements
• Walk candidates through onboarding paperwork, expectations, and timelines with clarity and professionalism
• Ensure onboarding steps are completed accurately and on schedule to meet client-specific requirements
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the pre-start period, addressing questions and keeping the process moving

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to engineering, automotive, or industrial technical roles
• Familiarity with VMS platforms and working within client-managed requisition systems
• Comfort managing or supporting background checks, drug screening coordination, and onboarding logistics
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and job boards
• ATS experience preferred
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage a high‑volume desk independently
• Excellent communication skills — you know how to connect with both candidates and clients, and can set clear expectations during onboarding
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a results‑driven team
