Job summary

Procession Systems in Reston, VA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle IT and cyber security recruiting, from posting jobs to screening candidates and making recommendations.

You will leverage social media, job boards, and our ATS to build pipelines, participate in weekly recruiting meetings, and provide data-driven insights to help clients hire smarter.

Job description

Procession Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of IT and cyber security candidates for our clients. You will be able to make an impact by leveraging data and providing insights into the talent market, which enables our clients to make better-informed hiring decisions

• Execute full-cycle recruitment, including writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, and conducting reference checks
• Leverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidates
• Create and execute recruiting plans and marketing strategies to help accomplish team goals
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks
• Attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach
• Provide recommendations and insights to team and customers regarding best practices

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, food service, customer success, or recruiting
• Ability to meet and exceed minimum weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
• Responsive to feedback and comfortable with handling objections
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and determination to suceed
