Job summary

Collabera is seeking a proactive recruiter to source and engage technical and infrastructure talent for data center roles in Seattle, Herndon, and Arlington. This 100% onsite position requires 1–3+ years of recruiting experience and a proven ability to build pipelines.

You will conduct initial screens, manage submissions in the ATS, and partner with recruiting teams to meet high-volume hiring goals while maintaining a metrics-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing capabilities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage technical and infrastructure talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools.

Overview

Location: Seattle, WA | Herndon, VA | Arlington, VA

Schedule: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Pay Range: $35 - $38/hr (Based on years of experience)

Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
