Conexess Group is currently looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our Nashville team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with building relationships with new and existing candidates interested in career advancement.

Job details:

• Develop and nurture candidate relationships and gather requirements for new and existing opportunities using internal database, job boards, social media and other search engines, cold calls, etc.
• Continuously build and mature candidate pipeline
• Generate leads and market intelligence for our sales and new client development efforts
• Multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Managers in managing client relationships

An ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

• An outgoing personality
• Ideally, 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, or professional customer-facing experience preferred
• High-energy individual who thrives in a competitive environment
• Money motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Willingness to identify, qualify and close new candidates
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in sales, cold-calling and acquiring new business is a plus
