Overview

Location: Nashville, TN (Primary) or Knoxville, TN

Travel: 25–50% to client sites

Compensation: $80,000-85,000/yr

Our client is opening a new office in Nashville and are seeking ambitious, high-energy professionals to join us as we scale. This is a ground-floor opportunity to make a huge impact.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the face of our company at client sites – regular onsite visits (25–50% travel)
• Own the client relationship: account management, hiring plans, and workforce success
• Leverage our proprietary tools to find, match, and place candidates efficiently
• Collaborate with leadership and influence hiring strategy from day one

What We\'re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales
• Previous experience with clients in high-volume, operational environments
• Gritty, motivated, and people-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, hands-on environment
• Experience at comparable organizations is a huge plus
• Must be based in Nashville or Knoxville – hybrid with client travel required
• Able to think fast, solve problems, and drive impact
