Job summary

EMERGE in Denver is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead technical hiring, develop processes, and deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and clients.

You will source and interview across multiple tech roles, manage client communications, negotiate offers, and participate in networking events; the role offers a vibrant, development-focused environment with an emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Prior 3rd-party recruitment experience required.
• Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Ability to ask for help and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, schedule, and interview candidates across multiple technical functions and skillsets.
• Recruit for multiple client openings and directly manage client communication.
• Assist with negotiating salaries, extending offers, and conducting orientations.
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support.
• Attend networking and community events.
• Attend client meetings and provide subject matter expertise.
