PrideGlobal is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will source, screen, and recruit top technical talent across diverse industries while supporting Administrative searches as needed.

You will partner with clients and hiring managers to understand needs, develop effective strategies, and build robust pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking. You’ll manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience or staffing/agency background.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Russell Tobin is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on recruiting top technical talent across a variety of industries and skill sets, while also supporting Professional Administrative searches as needed.

• Support Professional Administrative searches as needed, including roles such as Administrative Assistants, Coordinators, and Executive Assistants.
• Stay informed on technical talent markets, recruiting trends, and competitive compensation.
