Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of compliant hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing and screening through offer and hire.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and pipeline development.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for Technology and Operations positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments in a fair, compliant hiring process.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs.
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to address recruiting needs and compliance considerations.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience and clearly communicate company, role, benefits, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within ATS and systems.
• Use sourcing tools, social media, and outreach to identify talent.
• Proactively communicate recruiting progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Support employment-based immigration or permanent residency activities when needed.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing and screening through offer and hire.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, pipeline development, Boolean search, and candidate outreach.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for Technology and Operations positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments while ensuring a fair and compliant hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their staffing needs.
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to address recruiting needs, hiring challenges, and compliance considerations.
• Provide candidates with a positive experience and effectively communicate company, role, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within ATS and recruiting systems.
• Use creative sourcing techniques, social media, prospecting tools, and other recruiting resources to identify talent.
• Proactively communicate recruiting progress, market feedback, and potential hiring risks to stakeholders.
• Support employment-based immigration or permanent residency activities when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
• Strong direct sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate outreach skills.
• Proven cold-calling and candidate engagement experience.
• Experience working with ATS, recruiting/prospect management tools, Microsoft Office, and social media sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with mid-level and senior-level hiring leaders.
• Strong understanding of compliant hiring practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven recruiting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within Technology, Operations, Financial Services, or other corporate environments.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration or permanent residency processes is a plus.
• Experience working with senior hiring leaders and HR business partners.
