I’m conducting a confidential search for a Senior Talent Sourcing & Research professional to join the talent organization of a highly respected, global professional services organization.
This is an opportunity for a strategic, research-oriented talent professional who enjoys going beyond traditional recruiting—using talent intelligence, market research, data, direct sourcing, and workforce insights to influence hiring strategy and build long-term talent pipelines.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent intelligence partner to recruiting leadership and business stakeholders. You’ll help the organization understand where talent exists, how competitive markets are evolving, and how to proactively build pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
Key areas of responsibility include:
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of cumulative experience, including at least 4 years in talent sourcing, talent research, recruiting, talent intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
We’re particularly interested in professionals who have worked within large, complex organizations and have experience combining hands‑on sourcing with strategic talent research and analysis.

Experience in professional services, financial services, consulting, technology, healthcare, or other large global organizations is highly relevant.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
