Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a highly organized Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring automotive and engineering recruiting experience in a high-volume or VMS environment, with excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

The role covers full-cycle recruitment for engineering and manufacturing positions, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure they are set up for success within the company.

• Full cycle recruitment for positions in Automotive and Manufacturing industries. Typical positions include Design Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Controls Engineers, Program Managers, Body Engineers, Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Chassis Engineers, Powertrain Engineers, and more.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.
