Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies seek a Senior Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top engineering talent for software, mechanical, and electrical roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers to craft effective hiring strategies and build strong pipelines, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., HR, Business, Engineering).
• 5+ years of deep experience in technical recruiting for software, mechanical and/or electrical engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage top-tier engineering talent through various channels.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines such as software and vehicle systems, mechanical design, and electrical hardware.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies’s mission and diversity goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and tailored recruiting strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across software and hardware disciplines.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through outbound sourcing and diverse candidate pools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and teams.
• Conduct technical screenings to assess candidates' engineering expertise.
• Partner with People Team to align with company culture and values.
• Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to promote the employer brand.
