Job summary

IES Communications seeks a Technical Manager to serve as the program's primary technical authority. You will govern testing, commissioning support, and standardization of technical practices across large-scale infrastructure programs. Ensure engineering work aligns with company standards and customer requirements.

You will lead field teams, oversee documentation, and drive process improvements while ensuring safety and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Strong skills in leadership, communication, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field engineers and technicians across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain program-standard testing plans and documentation.
• Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and cross-functional teams to manage expectations.
• Maintain technical status reports and dashboards; track milestones and risks.
