Job summary

IES is seeking a Technical Manager to serve as the program's technical authority, ensuring governance, testing oversight, commissioning support, and standardization of technical practices across large-scale infrastructure programs. You will drive documentation, testing plans, and cross-site collaboration to deliver projects per customer requirements and program governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• At least five (5) years in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must read, write and present technically with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support field engineers, technicians, and staff across multiple sites.
• Develop, manage, and maintain program-standard schedules and testing plans.
• Oversee testing lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and documentation.
• Provide technical direction and governance across projects and programs.
• Coordinate communication with clients and cross-functional teams to manage expectations.
