Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the project’s quality program on a large, mission-critical Texas project.

You will drive quality planning, inspections, testing, audits, and documentation in collaboration with design, construction, and client teams. You will serve as the primary quality contact, manage nonconformances, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline related to engineering, construction, or quality.
• Proven experience developing and managing QA/QC programs and QMS.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality processes, inspections, testing, and nonconformance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the project-specific QA/QC program.
• Serve as primary contact for quality matters and guide standards and processes.
• Monitor quality performance, establish metrics, and report risks to leadership.
• Mentor quality personnel and integrate quality into schedules and budgets.
