Job summary

Speck-Pumps USA in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Technical Customer Support Specialist for the Industrial Pumps division. You will handle technical inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide application support across the order lifecycle with engineering and operations.

Responsibilities include assisting engineers with OEM requirements, ensuring ERP accuracy in Syspro, and maintaining spare parts inventory while delivering timely customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years related experience.
• 3–5 years experience with small industrial centrifugal and peripheral turbine pumps.
• Ability to read product diagrams.
• Account management experience with OEM customers preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior ERP experience; Syspro would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support by responding to technical inquiries.
• Assist application engineers with OEM customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver customer quotations using internal systems.
• Process customer orders accurately using ERP (Syspro preferred).
• Ensure smooth order flow from entry to delivery using document systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and sister companies on orders.
• Maintain and monitor industrial spare parts inventory.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical guidance to customers.
