Job summary

Grundfos GmbH in the United States is seeking a CSSC Application Engineer to deliver expert technical support and tailored pumping solutions across multiple channels, while mentoring the Back Office team. You will work on technical sizing, system integration, tender support, and complex inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction with a focus on performance and reliability in diverse environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Fundamental knowledge of pumps and pumping systems, including control panels, motors, motor protection systems, variable speed drives, and accessories.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP CRM/SD preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based out of the Brookshire, TX facility.

Responsibilities

Provide second-level technical support with product sizing and application engineering.
Support sales by handling technical tenders, specs, dimensions, and calculations.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for diverse environments.
Handle escalated inquiries and quotations including HX and accessories.
Identify opportunities and hand leads to sales with value-added services.
Provide technical guidance to CSSC Back Office team.
