Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a Technical Project Manager to act as the horizontal integrator for Gen 2 Production Operations, coordinating four senior manager domains to ensure on-schedule execution across facilities.

You will own the Integrated Master Schedule, manage risk and decision gates, and drive production readiness for tooling and activations, reporting to the Director of Production, Gen 2 Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience in aerospace/advanced manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs from activation to first article production.
• Ability to build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple functions.
• Proven history owning high-consequence decision gates in a fast-paced program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the Gen 2 Production Operations program management system with weekly status cadence and monthly reviews.
• Build and maintain the IMS in partnership with the Master Scheduler; ensure milestones align with need and forecast dates.
• Drive decision gates to closure and prepare concise executive-ready packages for top leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to eliminate schedule conflicts and optimize resource usage.
• Own the PFEP process and ensure production readiness for tooling clusters and activations.
