Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-organization initiatives across Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. You will own roadmaps, drive efficiency, and deliver on organizational goals with metric-driven outcomes.

You will coordinate multiple teams, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience with software engineering teams.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment of features across multiple technical teams.
• Create and track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and prioritize technical requirements.
• Understand system details and dependencies related to customer interfaces and architecture decisions.
• Identify systems or services to modify for new capabilities and estimate work with system owners.
• Develop implementation plans across teams and report progress against milestones.
