Blue Origin is seeking a driven project manager to own end-to-end production readiness for new flight hardware. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of critical flight and R&D hardware, manage schedules and budgets, and report status to leadership.

Strong communication, risk management, and collaboration skills are essential. U.S. citizenship or eligible status and 3–4 years in a technical PM role are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in project management in a technical environment.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to earn trust and build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of artifacts to move work centers from design to production.
• Create data formats for reporting to executive leadership on readiness and escalations.
• Track design release, Make/Buy parts, tooling, and work orders for timely production.
• Support SMEs during the build and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate risks and risk abatement plans to management.
• Transition products from concept to development phase.
