Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across engineering and software teams. You will own program strategy, define goals, manage dependencies, and drive improvements with measurable metrics to accelerate spaceflight programs.

The role emphasizes strong program management practices, data‑driven decisions, and alignment with organizational goals, with opportunities for relocation support and global project scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate the design, development, testing and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
• You are expected to create and track project milestones, risks and dependencies, and to describe, own and prioritize all technical requirements associated with delivery.
• You will dive deep, and understand the design details of the systems in your area, especially those related to customer interfaces, and the expectations for system dependencies.
• You will write effective narratives, program updates, and present them effectively to stakeholders and management team.
