Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of large-scale systems across engineering, supply chain, safety, and operations. You will coordinate release plans, own milestones, and balance business needs with technical constraints to advance human spaceflight.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining high judgment and clear communication to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and technology service strategy and make strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment of features across multiple teams.
• Create and track milestones, risks, and dependencies for technical delivery.
• Own the implementation plan and report progress to stakeholders.
• Write narratives and program updates for management and customers.
• Define plans with measurable success criteria and ROI, aligning teams with org goals.
