Job summary

JLL in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account. You will help deliver construction and real estate projects across aerospace, life sciences, robotics, quantum computing, devices, and government sectors, from programming and design through entitlements, permitting, bidding, and construction management.

You will coordinate with IT, AV, Security, and Furniture teams, manage budgets and schedules, supervise on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in construction/engineering PM, real estate development, or architecture/design.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction or renovation projects.
• Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal and external clients at various levels.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage differing business needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to multi-task within a team structure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support project scheduling and decisions based on owner objectives, including site improvements, entitlements, permits, consultant selection, design team management, and contractor selection and management.
• Develop and manage project budgets (hard costs, soft costs, FF&E), monthly forecasts, cash flow analyses, cost reports, and monthly progress reports.
• Assist in assembling and managing teams of consultants and contractors interfacing with architects, client staff, property managers, and vendors.
• Coordinate with client internal stakeholder teams (IT, AV, Security, Furniture) to meet project requirements and timelines, maintaining strong client relationships including conflict resolution.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met and adherence to KPIs (schedule, budget, customer satisfaction).
