Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities. You will own engineering programs, coordinate with regional managers, and ensure compliance with GREF standards across sites including Redmond, WA.

Strong data analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential. The role requires a BS in technology or engineering with 3–5+ years in program management, and experience with Corrigo/CMMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in technology or engineering preferred; mechanical, electrical and plumbing background a plus.
• 3–5+ years of program management experience on large-scale platform projects.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage priorities under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in closing gaps in program lifecycle.
• Able to communicate scope, schedule, budget, risks and expectations to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and update engineering programs across Asset Life Cycle, CapEx, D&C Closeout and MEP.
• Support MEP troubleshooting and repairs with Regional Engineering Manager.
• Partner on new builds to ensure consistency with standards and GREF programs.
• Collaborate with area site teams on Planned Outages, ACDC and COE.
• Analyze data trends to identify system issues and drive solutions.
• Manage Corrigo MEP assets and preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee warranty dates and site information for Global Engineering requests.
• Coordinate with SFMs and FMs for low/no cost improvements.
