Job summary

Senior Facilities Manager at JLL supporting the Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account, you will manage high-performing operational aspects of assigned sites, oversee FM teams, AFMs, and coordinators, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Facilities Management experience in corporate offices or commercial real estate environments.
• Ability to react quickly and decisively in fast-paced operational settings with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player with commitment to supporting colleagues and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing with leadership skills.
• Experience in customer-facing environments within technical FM services with professional client interactions.
• Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints while identifying savings.
• Experience with contract management, vendor management and small capital projects; proficiency in MS Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate staffing levels in alignment with Client to handle IFM Services, workload and KPIs.
• Develop and implement plans for continuous process improvement and cost reduction across the portfolio.
• Fully support Client initiatives to drive operational excellence and leadership principles while maintaining relationships.
• Lead the annual Team Strategic Plan aligned with objectives and budget.
• Monitor schedules, warranties, asset life cycles, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Proactively manage spend and budgets locally following JLL policies; identify cost savings opportunities.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to on-site teams to promote engagement and service excellence.
• Ensure clear communications with clients and stakeholders, setting realistic expectations.
