Job summary

ZBeta, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support security design and installation projects across the Americas. The role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and coordinating across multiple sites.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, applying security design standards, evaluating proposals, and guiding project teams to deliver on time and within budget. The position requires travel and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of access control systems and security design principles.
• Experience with project management tools and client coordination.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope, schedule, and security design/implementation per client requirements.
• Manage initiation activities, critical deliverables, and milestones.
• Oversee task scheduling, status tracking, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate bid reviews, evaluation reports, and award recommendations.
• Ensure design documentation compliance with standards and client requirements.
