Job summary

ZBeta Consulting, Inc. in the Central Valley and a remote-first framework is seeking a Project Manager to support security design and installation projects across the region. You will manage scope, schedule, and client communications from engagement to completion.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design resources, site evaluations, and ensuring adherence to security standards. Travel up to 50% is required, and the position offers a remote-first environment with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of low-voltage and physical security technology and design concepts.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify project schedule, scope, and oversee security design and implementation per client requirements.
• Manage initiation activities and develop security scope, schedule, deliverables, and requirements.
• Track progress, issues, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Prepare and manage RFP documents for security systems installation.
• Evaluate RFP responses and produce evaluation reports and criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with design resources.
• Ensure site evaluations, design reviews, and documentation compliance.
• Maintain client communications on status, budget, and risk.
