Job summary

People Driven Technology, Inc is seeking a Project Manager, Physical Security to lead planning, execution, and delivery of security initiatives across video surveillance, access control, and visitor management. You will coordinate Account Executives, Enterprise Architects, Engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and client communications while building strong relationships and ensuring quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in tech infrastructure or physical security projects
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP and/or Scrum cert preferred
• Experience with video surveillance, access control, visitor management
• Knowledge of IP networking, structured cabling, enterprise tech environments
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client communications
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, PM tools, and virtual collaboration platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship management across technical and business teams
• Strong problem-solving, financial, and time-management skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, deliverables, assumptions, constraints, and scope at project kickoff
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and clarify roles, responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of communication for stakeholders and clients
• Build client relationships by understanding needs, managing expectations, and providing status updates
• Allocate personnel, equipment, software, and other resources
• Monitor project financials to ensure work stays within budgets
• Implement quality control processes and oversee testing/validation
• Manage change requests by documenting scope changes and impacts
• Track tasks and milestones, adapt to changing priorities
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports for stakeholders
• Conduct project closeout reviews and after-action reporting
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
