Job summary

ZBeta Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support security design and installation projects throughout the Bay Area. You will manage projects from engagement to completion, balancing multiple scopes of work with a resourceful, collaborative security team.

Required: 3+ years PM experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and knowledge of low-voltage security tech. Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, QuickBase, Studio, and Bluebeam is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience on external client-facing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of low-voltage and physical security technology and design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope, schedule, and oversee security design/installation per client requirements.
• Manage initiation activities and develop project security scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Track status and issues; manage RFP documents and evaluation reports.
• Review design docs for compliance with security standards and prepare log updates.
• Maintain client communications on status, budget, and expectations.
• Coordinate with design resources to develop complete security scope and procurement documents.
• Lead on-site inspections, metrics, and contractor performance evaluations.
