Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and SOWs.
• Willingness and ability to travel onsite.

Responsibilities

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch crews.
• Direct and supervise Laborers, Technicians, and Electricians.
• Inspect projects for code compliance and safety.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure design efficiency.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and SOWs.
• Travel onsite as required.
• Interface with customers and field personnel.

Job description

Industry leader are looking to hire Project Managers (Mid - Senior level) to manage physical security system installations. Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage enterprise security installation projects. .
• Confer with senior management, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Schedule the project in logical steps to budget enough time required to meet deadlines.
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to project locations.
• Direct and supervise workers including delegating responsibilities to Laborers, Technicians, and Electricians.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Interface with engineering team to ensure design efficiency.
• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and statements of work (SOW).
• Coordinate with field personnel and/or engineering team to discuss any potential installation issues.
• Have good working knowledge and experience with Access Control and VMS/CCTV systems (Lenel, Software House, S2, Avigilon, Genetec, AMAG, Bosch etc.)
• Ability to travel onsite is required.
