Job summary

ZBeta, Inc. is seeking a Physical Security Project Manager to lead design and installation projects across the Bay Area from a remote‑first base in the United States.

You will manage scope, schedule, deliverables, and client communications, ensuring alignment with security standards and client expectations. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with low‑voltage physical security technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience with external clients preferred.
• Working familiarity with low‑voltage and physical security technology and design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope, schedule and oversee security design and implementation per client requirements.
• Manage initiation activities, critical deliverables, and requirements.
• Develop and track project tasks, issues, and status.
• Prepare RFPs and evaluate responses with detailed reports.
• Coordinate with design resources to finalize scope of work.
