Job summary

People Driven Technology, Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Physical Security to lead planning, execution, and successful completion of security projects across video surveillance, access control, and related areas. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the main liaison with clients to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.

This role requires strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably delivering technology infrastructure or physical security solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP certification and/or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience managing projects involving video surveillance, access control, visitor management, or other enterprise physical security technologies.
• Working knowledge of IP networking, structured cabling, and enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, deliverables, assumptions, constraints, and scope at project kickoff.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and establish roles and expectations.
• Serve as primary communication point for stakeholders and clients.
• Build client relationships by understanding needs and providing status updates.
• Allocate resources to support project success.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to stay within approvals.
• Implement quality control and oversee testing to meet requirements.
• Manage change requests and document scope changes.
• Track tasks and milestones, resolve issues, and adapt to changes.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports for leadership.
• Conduct closeout reviews and gather feedback for improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
