Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional ML/DS/AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams, own schedules, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous cross-functional programs.
• Experience performing TPM best practices (schedule, risk, status).
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery with integrated schedules.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with backlog prioritization and dependencies.
• Help engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across stakeholders.
