Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to handle planning, scheduling, budgeting and procurement for technical installations. You will lead site activities, start-up and close-out, while ensuring safety and quality on all projects.

You will interface with customers as the primary client advocate and drive cash flow, while growing within a collaborative, values-driven culture. This role emphasizes leadership, integrity and results.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years relevant engineering, field service or project management.
• Certifications: PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of assigned projects from award through completion within budget.
• Directs installation, start-up and close-out of projects with effective planning.
• Communicates requirements clearly to the project team and customer, maintaining records.
• Manages procurement, cost control and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Identifies risks and develops strategies to minimize impact on cost and schedule.
