Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead assigned projects from planning through close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and field installation while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and quality on all projects.

The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to maximize value and on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and technical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in technical environments.
• Experience managing projects up to $1M and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of assigned projects from award through completion within budget and schedule.
• Develops installation plans, estimates costs, coordinates procurement, and tracks project milestones.
• Communicates requirements to project teams and stakeholders; prepares reports and cost control data.
• Ensures safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across all project phases.
