Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager in the United States to oversee all aspects of assigned projects from planning to closeout. You will direct engineering, budgeting, procurement, and field installation while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to drive positive cash flow and on-time delivery. You will lead project planning, procurement, and coordination, while mentoring staff and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in a technical environment.
• Coaching, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-faceted projects valued up to $1M from award to close.
• Prepare project installation plans and schedules; manage subcontractors.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans; review costs.
• Communicate project requirements to the team and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.
