Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead projects from inception to closeout. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field installation while ensuring scope and quality align with customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have PM experience in technical environments, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant engineering, field service or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with budgets up to $1M.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct project activities from award through closeout.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and subcontractors to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across projects.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to maintain accurate project status.
