Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead projects from planning through close-out, overseeing budgeting, procurement, installation, start-up and customer satisfaction. You will interface with customers, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery as part of a dynamic team.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple facets of complex technical projects while upholding Convergint's values.

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant engineering, field service or project management.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage many aspects of assigned projects from award through completion.
• Prepare installation plan, manage the plan and implement job procedures.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and plans; manage costs and contracts.
• Communicate project requirements to teams and maintain up-to-date records.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction on all projects.
