Qualifikationen

• 5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role within IT.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or its equivalent).
• Experience managing technical customer projects from pre-sales to delivery.
• Understanding of network, web performance and security concepts.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across levels.
