Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry.
• Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects.
• Understanding of network, web performance, and application/security technologies and architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Advocating best practices during product implementation and providing customer feedback to the Product team.
• Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success.
• Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency and high quality service.
• Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to improve quality of customer service delivery.
• Communicating with internal and external customers and partners to share information and deliverables.
