Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives across multiple teams and partners. You will drive delivery, align schedules, and remove blockers in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality features with透明 collaboration and clear communication.

You will work with ML, data science, data engineering, and analytics teams to support the enterprise’s data needs, while guiding stakeholders and promoting best practices in Agile SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI/Analytics or Engineering required.
• Experience with ML/DS/AI teams and fast-paced delivery environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: scheduling, risk management, status reporting.
• Proficient with Jira and Agile/SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery with integrated schedules and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and risk management.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to meet priorities.
• Promote technical excellence, clear priorities, and customer outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization.
