Connect-Force is seeking a Technical Project Manager to guide custom machinery and automation projects from concept to installation in its California facility. You will collaborate with engineers, machine builders, and customers to deliver complex equipment on schedule and within budget.

The role combines hands-on manufacturing exposure with leadership responsibilities, requiring a strong grasp of mechanical engineering, schedules, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in custom machinery or industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead custom machinery projects from kickoff through engineering, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
• Develop schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects with focus on quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as main point of contact for assigned projects and communicate updates.
• Oversee FAT, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
