Connect-Force is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead custom machinery and automation projects in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will guide projects from concept through design, build, testing, and delivery, collaborating with engineers, machine builders, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project management for capital equipment, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in custom machinery or industrial automation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, assembly and quality.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and equipment specs.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead custom machinery projects from customer requirements through engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation and final acceptance.
• Develop schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables for successful execution.
• Own multiple projects with focus on quality, cost, timing and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
• Monitor machine-building progress and resolve technical challenges affecting production schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, engineering changes, action items, and progress reports.
